When you’re ready to progress into levels 2 and beyond, all of our Pole, Aerial Hoop and Suspension Yoga programs move forward in 9 week programs, with classes twice per week. There’s still a set start and end date to your course, and we’ve got lots of levels for you to work though.
*If scheduled classes don’t work with your schedule, or if you would like to move at your own pace, we highly recommend considering our private lessons, as they are very comparable in value and can be booked anytime during studio hours. Learn more about private lessons by clicking here.*

PARKING: We share the parking lot beside us with the rest of our building and you are welcome to park there for free. Please note as it is the only free parking in the area, it can get busy – please leave yourself a couple extra minutes to get a spot. There is also metered parking on the street in front of the studio.
