Studio
policies

At Allure Fitness Inc., we appreciate your business and want to continue to offer the best quality and variety of classes possible. Please read the policies that allow us to keep our standards high and allow us to continue to offer prestige programs and services at our studio.

STUDIO POLICIES

I understand that Allure strives to maintain a clean and safe environment for the enjoyment and comfort of all our staff and students. The below policies are in place to maintain and protect this environment, and will be upheld strictly. Failure to adhere to studio policies can result in the termination of my relationship with the studio.

RESPECT: We are a welcoming and safe space, and ask that our students treat each other and our staff with respect.

CHECK IN FOR CLASS: Please complete your screening form online and arrive 5 minutes prior to your class start time, when entering the studio please be mindful of others, keeping your distance. Stop by our front desk to sign in for attendance, sanitize your hands and be directed to your classroom.

LATECOMERS: We are unable to allow latecomers entry into class for safety reasons. If class begins before you arrive, you will not be permitted entry.

PROPER FITNESS ATTIRE & WHAT TO BRING: Suitable workout wear is appropriate for our classrooms.  This can include items like t-shirts and tank tops, long sleeve sweaters, sports bras, yoga pants, leggings/tights, bodysuits, shorts, pole shorts, or any combination of these.  While pole dancing can be a “sexy” activity, our classroom is not a suitable environment to wear underwear as clothing. Please wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water, and check the class descriptions for other things that you may need (i.e. yoga mat, kneepads, clean indoor shoes, shorts, etc.). If you are attending a class requiring shoes, street shoes are not permitted; they must be clean, indoor shoes.

JEWELRY: No jewelry is to be worn into class for safety reasons, including long necklaces, rings, bracelets, watches and fitbits. If you refuse to remove your jewelry, you will not be allowed to participate.

SCENTS: Please come to class clean and scent free. Please ensure that you are wearing clean workout clothing, and that you are prepared with any deodorant, wipes, or anything else that you need to remain fresh. If there is an issue, we will address this with you discreetly.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL: For safety reasons, if you are suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be asked to leave.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Allure Fitness Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please place your personal belongings in the cubbies provided in your classroom.  Floor space is not suitable for storing your items as it is a tripping hazard.

CELL PHONES: Please turn your cell phone ringer off during class, and have your phone with your personal belongings in the cubby.  No phones in class, unless your instructor allots photo time.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Allure is a private space, and we ask that all of our students be respectful of our no cell phone policy in class. Your instructor may allot a time that is appropriate at the end of your class where photos and videos are allowed. If there are other students in the background, please do not share your photo or video unless you have their consent. We ask that all photos and videos taken during allotted time in our space that are shared on social media include our social media handles and hashtags. @allurefitness #allurefitness #getsexygetfit

CHILDCARE: You have them, you love them, and we’re happy for you! However, the studio does not offer childcare and is not a suitable environment to bring your children. Please do not bring your children to wait for you while you are in class.

STUDENT TEACHING: While you are excited about what you are learning, we ask that you do not teach fellow students at Allure.  Our instructors are certified and insured to teach, and this is what they are here for. While we may be busy for a minute helping someone else, we will make our way to everyone that needs a hand, don’t worry!

Our pole, aerial and suspension yoga courses are progressive and are twice a week for nine weeks. Before diving in, we offer an introductory 101 course for each of our modalities, which is only six lessons long with lessons once per week and are completely beginner friendly. We recommend starting in 101, unless you have previous experience, in which case it’s best to get in touch with us to arrange a private lesson to find appropriate class placement.

We also offer many one off workshops that require no weekly commitment and are anywhere from 90 minutes to two hours in length. Many of these are beginner friendly, although we do recommend checking out the workshop description to ensure it’s a good fit for you.

For those coming to us with experience in other studios, the clubs, or self-taught at home, we ask that you complete a private lesson if you do not wish to start at the beginning of our levels. This offers an opportunity to ensure what you are doing is being done safely, and for us to assess your current skills and catch you up on as much of our curriculum as possible so we may place you in a level that is both challenging and appropriate. Contact us today to book yours!

Each of our classes offers a full description so you can have an idea of how exactly any class or workshop will run before you complete your registration, but we are also available to help if you have any other questions! Our front desk team is available by phone  at (905) 667-0999 and email (reception.allurefitnessinc@gmail.com) to assist you anytime during studio hours Monday to Thursday 2pm-9:30pm, Saturdays 10am-1pm. We are friendly, professional and want you to have the best experience possible every time you come in!
