Private Sessions
Whether you are interested in working out on your own schedule, moving at a faster or slower pace, focusing on specific goals, you’re shy, or whatever reason you’re considering one on one sessions, you’ve stopped in the right spot!
Private sessions can be used in studio or online for:
-personal training
-pole or aerial assessments & level placement
-pole or aerial hoop lessons
-yoga, Pilates, mobility or flexibility training
-choreography (this will be created during your lesson with your input)
-any other modality we teach!
Whether you are looking to do a few one off sessions, or if you want to commit to regular weekly sessions, we have options for you. All of our lessons are completed in studio.
Semi Private Lessons for Two People:
Book with a friend and share the semi-private rates (listed at the bottom of each option below)!

1 PRIVATE SESSION
Valid 15 days from date of purchase- Perfect for trying it out or focusing on something specific. Can also be used as your assessment lesson.
3 PACK PRIVATE SESSIONS
Valid 45 days from date of purchase- Typically, we are able to cover 2-3 classes worth of material in one private session, depending on student ability. 3 lessons is the right amount for finishing off a chunk of missed material, and for focusing more in depth on your goals.
6 PACK PRIVATE SESSIONS
Valid 90 days from date of purchase- Typically, we are able to cover 2-3 classes of material in one private session, depending on student ability. A 6 pack of private sessions is the perfect package for moving through an entire level of content, attending at least once every two weeks.

PARKING: We share the parking lot beside us with the rest of our building and you are welcome to park there for free. Please note as it is the only free parking in the area, it can get busy – please leave yourself a couple extra minutes to get a spot. There is also metered parking on the street in front of the studio.
